Consent to the processing of waiting list data
All subscription documentsI voluntarily give ANO Fatracing, whose full name is the Autonomous Non-profit Organisation for the Development of Cycling “KLUB FAT REYSING (GONKI)”, INN 5300020110, OGRN 1255300002616, address: 173000, Russia, Novgorod Region, Veliky Novgorod, 14 Fyodorovsky Ruchey Street, Flat 21, consent to process my data to maintain the waiting list for my chosen subscription and notify me when it launches.
1 Data and operations
Consent applies to the email, selected tariff, account ID, recording time, and details regarding granting and revoking this consent. If I separately choose to receive notifications in the linked Telegram, the ID of that account is also processed. The operator has the right to collect, record, systematize, store, clarify, use, block, and delete the specified data using automated tools or otherwise.
Processing for other promotional mailings, publication of contacts and transfer of data to an unlimited number of persons is not permitted by this consent. The processing procedure, the involvement of the necessary technical providers and my rights are set out in the policy on https://fatracing.ru/privacy and an addendum about subscriptions. Copies of the data of Russian users for this purpose are stored in databases in Russia.
2 Term and recall
The consent is valid until the notification of the launch of the selected tariff is sent, before my withdrawal, or within 12 months from the date of submission, whichever comes first. You can revoke it by writing to fatracing@yandex.ru with the subject "Delete from the waiting list" or through the available unsubscribe tool in the cabinet or email. If the notification is sent, I should not continue to be sent other offers based on this consent alone.
Upon termination of the goal, the Operator removes me from the waiting list. Minimal proof of granting and revoking consent may be retained if there is a separate legal basis. Withdrawing this consent does not limit the use of other FATRACING services, but without contact processing, it is impossible to send a launch notification.
