Consent to public display of Premium status

This is a separate voluntary consent to the processing of personal data allowed for dissemination. It applies only if the user wants to show the Premium mark in the public rider's profile.

1 Information of the subject and Operator

Surname, name, patronymic if available, chosen contact for communication, FATRACING account and exact link to the profile are shown to the user in the individual form before consent confirmation and are saved with it.

2 Permitted data and purpose

I allow the Operator to publish the 'Premium' mark in the specified profile on the fatracing.ru site in connection with my last name, first name, patronymic, if any, or the chosen public name displayed in this profile. The purpose is to voluntarily publicly designate my Premium status in the FATRACING community.

Allowed categories and list: identification data — name already chosen for display in the specified profile and a link to it; information about status in the service — current Premium mark. Email and phone are used for communication with consent and are not published. Sums and dates of payments, bank details, health information, geolocation and other categories are not allowed for distribution by this consent.

3 Conditions and prohibitions

I allow the placement of only the specified mark in the named profile. Displaying the mark in other profiles, advertising materials, mailings or on third-party sites is not allowed by this consent. I do not grant permission to third parties to independently further distribute or use this data outside of viewing the named page.

In the individual form, the user specifies additional conditions and prohibitions or explicitly confirms that they do not set them. If the declared conditions are technically impossible to meet, the Operator does not start publication and informs the user about this. Silence or lack of filling is not considered a refusal of restrictions.

4 Term and recall

Consent is valid until the end of the active Premium status, revocation of consent or unlinking of the profile from the account — whichever comes first. If after a break the user re-registers for Premium, a new consent is required for re-publication of the mark.

Feedback and requests to stop distribution are accepted in the cabinet or by email fatracing@yandex.ru. The operator stops distribution within the time period prescribed by law. The review does not terminate the paid status in the merchant profile and does not enable or disable autopayments.

Before placing an advertisement, the Operator ensures the fulfillment of obligations to publish information about the conditions and prohibitions on data processing for an unlimited number of persons in the cases and timeframes established by Article 10.1 of the Law on Personal Data.
