Subscription Cancellation and Refund Terms

These terms apply to FATRACING Premium and PRO subscriptions purchased from ANO 'Fatracing' at fatracing.ru, and correspond to sections 5 and 6 of the public offer.

1 Disable the following charges

Open the subscriptions section in your merchant profile and click "Disable auto-renewal". You can also write to fatracing@yandex.ru from the email account and specify the desired subscription. There will be no new regular debits after receiving a refusal. An already paid service will be saved until the end of the period. Disabling the extension itself is not a request to immediately terminate the paid service.

2 Terminate the service earlier and get a refund

Write to fatracing@yandex.ru: "Please stop subscribing and refund the payment for the unused period." Specify your account email and pricing plan. You can add the payment date and amount to find the order faster. If you specify a future termination date, the refund will be calculated from it; in other cases, from the date of receipt of the request.

For Premium and PRO, part of the actually paid amount is refunded in proportion to the remaining days of the paid period. The payment amount is multiplied by the number of remaining days and divided by the total duration of the period in days. The calculation days have 24 hours; an incomplete remaining day is rounded up to a full day in your favor. The amount is rounded to the nearest cent in your favor and cannot exceed the period payment. Penalties for refusal and acquiring commissions are not deducted from the refund amount.

Example: you paid 499 ₽ for Premium for a period of 30 days. If exactly 20 days remain at the time of termination, the refund will be 332.67 ₽. If 19 days and a few hours remain, 20 days will be taken into account for the refund. For months of different durations, the calculation is made based on the actual number of days in the period.

3 When the full amount is returned

A full refund is made upon repeated debiting for one period, erroneous payment, debiting without necessary consent, and payment for a period in which the service was not provided. For a new period mistakenly debited after refusing autorenwal, the fee is refunded in full. Rights for service deficiencies are preserved to the extent established by law.

4 How is the refund performed

We are considering the request and listing the amount to be refunded no later than 10 calendar days from the date of receipt. If the order cannot be matched with the inquiry, we will only request the necessary information; the deadlines provided by the law remain valid. Money is refunded in the same way you paid, or by another agreed legal method if the previous one is not available.

The crediting period depends on the bank. We will send a refund confirmation and a cash receipt as required by law. Do not send the full card number, CVV/CVC, or SMS codes. A passport and paper application are not required by default.

I request to terminate the provision of services for my subscription from the moment this request is received, disable auto-renewal, and refund the payment for the remaining part of the paid period. I provide the email of the account and the selected tariff. I will provide the date and amount of payment if known. Please send the response to the email of this request.
