Consent to regular automatic payments

This consent is given to ANO Fatracing, whose full name is the Autonomous Non-profit Organisation for the Development of Cycling “KLUB FAT REYSING (GONKI)”, INN 5300020110, OGRN 1255300002616, address: 173000, Russia, Novgorod Region, Veliky Novgorod, 14 Fyodorovsky Ruchey Street, Flat 21.

1 Subject of consent

I allow the Executive to initiate regular payment of the chosen subscription through T-Bank from the card I use when registering it. Before confirmation, the subscription name, the amount of a single deduction, the frequency and the date of the next renewal are shown and saved in my order, and for PRO also the card and location.

The amount is 499 rubles for Premium, 4,999 rubles for PRO place №1, 3,999 rubles for PRO place №2 or 2,999 rubles for PRO place №3 — strictly in accordance with the tariff I have chosen and confirmed. This consent applies only to the selected subscription and does not authorize payments for other services or subscriptions.

2 The order of write-offs

I confirm the first payment on the bank's payment form. Each subsequent payment is made without re-entering the details and without separate confirmation of each operation, once per billing month, not earlier than the end of the paid period. The payment identifier issued by the bank is used for payment. The full card number and CVV/CVC are not transmitted to the contractor.

The billing month ends on the corresponding date of the next month; if there is no such date, it ends on the last day of the month. The initial date is retained for subsequent months. The price and rules for calculating the period are set out in the offer. A new price cannot be charged under this agreement; new confirmation will be required for it.

The executor has no right to charge more than one successful payment per period, payment for missed months, or unagreed commissions. An unsuccessful payment does not authorize unlimited retries. If the operation's outcome is unknown, it will be clarified first.

3 Withdrawal of consent

I can revoke my consent at any time by clicking "Disable auto-renewal" in the subscriptions section of my account or by sending an email to fatracing@yandex.ru. From the moment of receipt of the refusal, the Service Provider stops initiating new regular payments. The paid access is saved until the end of the period, unless I separately request to terminate the service earlier and refund the remaining part of the fee.

Payment for a new period mistakenly debited after refusal is refunded in full. An earlier started operation with an unknown outcome is checked without a new debit. Re-enabling autopayments after revocation requires my new explicit consent.

Consent is valid from the moment of my separate confirmation until its revocation or termination of the corresponding subscription. It is not a consent to advertising or to the public dissemination of my personal data.
