Consent to the notification of the launch of the selected subscription

I ask ANO 'Fatracing' to send me one notification about the launch of my chosen FATRACING Premium or PRO paid subscription and give preliminary consent to receive such an advertising message. The message may contain the name of the subscription, a description of its features, price and link to the registration. Consent is limited to this notification and does not apply to other advertising mailings.

The user's chosen subscription, notification channel, and contact are shown in the form before confirmation and saved with this agreement. Only the channel explicitly chosen by the user is allowed. When choosing email, the notification is sent to the address specified in the application.

Consent is valid until one message is sent, revoked, or 12 months have elapsed, whichever comes first. I can opt out before sending an email to fatracing@yandex.ru with the theme "Do not notify about launch" or the available unsubscribe tool in the cabinet. After receiving a refusal, messages on this consent are not sent.

Consent does not include subscription, does not reserve a PRO spot and does not authorise deductions. Data processing for the waiting list is subject to a separate consent, which is shown separately from this text.
