3. Clusters

The participants of the bike race are divided into clusters depending on the level of preparedness and sports opportunities.

Clusters:
- 🐗 Vepr (A) — participants with a level of preparedness from 4 W/kg and above.
The level corresponds to clusters A and A+ in the series CyclingRace / GF and it is intended for the most prepared participants.

Additional landmarks for the cluster 🐗 "Vepr (A)":
- finish the race 180 km Not slower 5 hours 40 minutes (gun time) at the Tsar Grader race;
- finish the race 250 km Not slower 7 hours and 30 minutes (gun time) at the Tsar Grader race.

- 🐖 Kabanchik (B) — participants with a level of preparedness from 3 to 4 W/kg.
The level corresponds to cluster B in the series CyclingRace / GF.

Additional landmarks for the "Kabanchik (B)" cluster:
- finish the race 180 km Not slower 6 hours 40 minutes (gun time) at the Tsar Grader race;
- finish the race 250 km Not slower 9:00 a.m. (gun time) at the Tsar Grader race.

- 🐷 Подсвинок (C) — участники с уровнем подготовленности up to 3 W/kg.
The level corresponds to cluster C in the series CyclingRace / GF.
Beginners in cycling participate in this cluster, as well as participants without sports titles in any sport, including chess.

- 🐽 «Пятачок» — начинающие участники, которые одновременно соответствуют всем следующим условиям:
- катаются на велосипеде первый или второй сезон;
- участие в «Царь Грейдер 2027» станет их первой или второй велогонкой в жизни: до этого старта у участника было не более одной велогонки, независимо от дисциплины и длины дистанции;
- не имеют спортивного прошлого в других видах спорта: опыта систематической спортивной подготовки и выступлений на соревнованиях, спортивных разрядов или званий.

Первый старт на гравии или первый старт на «Царь Грейдер» сам по себе не является основанием для допуска в «Пятачок»: учитывается весь предыдущий соревновательный опыт участника.

При выборе «Пятачка» участник сообщает организаторам сезон начала катания, предыдущие старты и сведения о спортивном прошлом. Организаторы проверяют соответствие критериям до старта и при несоответствии определяют подходящую категорию. К новым и уже зарегистрированным участникам применяются одинаковые критерии допуска. Категория фиксируется до старта; выбор зачёта после финиша не допускается.

The indicated power values (W/kg), time reference points and compliance with CyclingRace/GF clusters are indicative nature and are used for preliminary distribution of participants.

Detailed criteria for the distribution of participants by clusters, including methods for assessing the level of preparedness, can be clarified and published additionally in the next versions of the Regulation.

The organizers reserve the right to change the participant's cluster in case the declared cluster does not match the actual level of preparedness of the participant, as well as in other cases related to ensuring safety, sports justice and the correct conduct of competitions.

4. Format start

5. Start time

Время московское. Interval между стартами заездов — 10 минут.

- 12:00 — 🐗 Boar (A)
- 12:10 — 🐖 Кабанчики (B)
- 12:20 — 🐷 Подсвинки (C)
- 12:30 — 🐽 Пятачок

6. Age categories

К участию на всех дистанциях «ЦАРЬ ГРЕЙДЕР 2027» допускаются только лица, достигшие 18 years на день start — 19 June 2027 years. Участники младше 18 years не допускаются, в том числе при наличии согласия родителя или опекуна.

Возраст для допуска к старту определяется на день проведения racing. Возраст для распределения по возрастным зачётам определяется отдельно по правилу ниже.

The age of the participant is determined by the full number of years as of December 31 of the year of the event.

For the Tsar Grader 2027 bike ride, the age is considered to be December 31, 2027.

Distance restrictions:
- женщины участвуют на дистанциях «Пятачок» (2 круга), 110 km и 150 km;
- the distance of the Boar 180 km is available only to men.

Age categories are applied to the tests by gender and distance.

For distances 🐗 Boar 180 km and 🐖 Boar 150 km:
- 18–34;
- 35–50;
- 50+.

Для дистанции 🐷 Подсвинок 110 km сохраняются возрастные категории:
- 18-34 — 1993-2009 years of birth
- 35-39 — 1988-1992 years of birth
- 40-44 — 1983-1987 years of birth
- 45-49 — 1978-1982 years of birth
- 50-54 — 1973-1977 years of birth
- 55-59 — 1968-1972 years of birth
- 60-64 — 1963-1967 years of birth
- 65+ — 1962 year of birth and older

В категории «Пятачок» предусмотрен только абсолютный зачёт отдельно среди мужчин и женщин. Возрастные зачёты и награждение по возрастным категориям не предусмотрены.

7. Bike selection and technical regulations

Only bicycles with a classic highway steering wheel of the "ram" type are allowed to participate.

The steering wheel should have a traditional geometry similar to that used in professional road racing.
The maximum lateral extension of the lower grip of the steering wheel (flare) is 65 mm. Flare refers to the difference in width between the lower grip (drops) and the upper part of the steering wheel / manette installation area. Rudders with a large extension are considered gravel rudders with a pronounced flare and are not allowed, as are any alternative types of rudders (straight, riser, bullhorn, aerobar, etc.).

❌ Prohibited:
- any handlebars other than the classic highway steering wheel with a maximum lateral extension of the lower grip (flare) of no more than 65 mm;
- gravel handlebars with lateral extension of the lower grip (flare) more than 65 mm;
- 🚫 remade MTB handlebars, shortened, unfolded, with added grips or other homemade options;
- 🚫 straight handlebars, risers, bullhorns, aerobars, stick handlebars (straight MTB handlebars) and sun beds;
- 🚫 bicycles without brakes;
- Fixed/ fixed-gear bicycles.

✅ Allowed:
- ✔️ only classic highway steering wheels-rams with maximum lateral extension of the lower grip (flare) no more than 65 mm;
- ✔️ depreciation is allowed.

The bike must be technically sound and meet safety requirements.
The organizers have the right to refuse the participant admission to the start if the bike does not meet the requirements of this Regulation.

8. Application for participation, cancellation of the application

📝 Registration for a bike ride is carried out by purchasing a ticket
to the event "Tsar Grader 2027"
on the FATRACING website:

To receive the starting number , the participant must provide
a medical certificate of admission to the selected distance.

⏳ Registration can be extended until the start of check-in
at the discretion of the organizers.

🚫 Organizers have the right to close registration ahead of schedule
for any of the distances.

💸 Организатор предоставляет добровольный возврат стартового взноса при отмене заявки по обращению participants, полученному до 23:59:59 1 January 2027 years включительно по московскому времени.

Для возврата участник обращается к организатору по адресу fatracing@yandex.ru, указывая сведения, позволяющие найти регистрацию и платёж.

from 2 January 2027 years добровольный возврат по указанному условию не предоставляется. Participant может продать слот на вторичном рынке только через официальный сервис биржи слотов FATRACING с оформлением передачи организатором в порядке и сроки раздела 9.

This is условие не ограничивает права участника на отказ от договора и возврат денежных средств, предусмотренные законодательством РФ. Если применима статья 32 Закона РФ «О защите прав потребителей», возврат осуществляется за вычетом фактически понесённых организатором расходов, связанных с исполнением обязательств by договору с этим участником и подтверждённых документально.

9. Transfer of registration and change of distance

🔁 Передача регистрации другому участнику, в том числе при продаже слота на вторичном рынке, оформляется только через организатора с использованием официального сервиса биржи слотов FATRACING.

Передача возможна только в составе билета на велозаезд "Tsar Grader 2027" to 23:59 1 June 2027 years по московскому времени.

Размещение слота на бирже не означает его выкуп организатором и не гарантирует продажу. Право участия переходит к покупателю после оформления передачи организатором; передача номера или договорённость между продавцом и покупателем сами по себе не заменяют переоформление регистрации.

10. Participant numbers and their receipt

🎟️ Participant numbers are issued by the organizers on the days of the launch package issuance,
announced in the program on the website of the bike race.

⏱️ Each room is equipped with an electronic timekeeping chip
and requires careful handling.
Participants with numbers without chips are not allowed to start.

During the bike ride, the number with the chip must be fixed on the seatpost.

The numbers must be pasted on the helmet.

, It is forbidden to change the room size,
to put inscriptions or drawings on its front or back.

Participation without a number or with a changed number entails disqualification.

11. Withdrawal from the race

⛔ A participant who has withdrawn from the race for any reason,
I am obliged to immediately inform the organizers about this
and if possible, head to the nearest food point
or to the starting point.

12. Mandatory and recommended equipment

, Mandatory equipment:
- 🚲 bicycle with serviceable brakes;
- 🪖 bike tour;
- 📱 a charged phone with the organizer 's number;
- 💧 пластиковая велосипедная фляга (бачок) для питья, надёжно закреплённая в флягодержателе. Стеклянные и металлические ёмкости, термосы, банки и пакеты instead of велосипедных фляг запрещены.

🔍 Organizers have the right to check equipment
before the start and at any point of the distance.

🚫 Lack of mandatory equipment
or refusal of verification is the basis for ineligibility or disqualification.

🎒 Recommended equipment:
- 🕶️ points;
- 🧭 GPS navigator or watch with a downloaded track;
- 🗺️ distance map;
- veloaptechka.

13. Time limits

The following limits are set:

- 🐗 Vepr — 180 km — 7 hours, start 12:00
- 🐖 Кабанчик — 150 km — 6 часов 50 минут, Start 12:10
- 🐷 Подсвинок — 110 km — 6 hours 40 minutes, Start 12:20
- 🐽 Пятачок — 2 circles — временной лимит будет опубликован дополнительно, Start 12:30.

Finish later than the set limit — status DNF.

⚠️ Limits can be changed by the decision of the race director
and the chief judge due to weather conditions,
extraordinary circumstances and other factors.

14. Complaints and objections

🏁 Protests affecting the distribution of prizes are accepted

15. Food outlets

At the catering points are provided:
- water;
- fruits;
- bread and other products.

16. Marking of the route

🗺️ Information about the marking of the route will be published later.

17. Safety of participants

All participants are personally responsible for their safety and health.

By paying for participation, the participant confirms:
- health awareness;
- acceptance of all risks associated with participation;
- removal of civil liability from the organizers.

🚑 The bike ride takes place in remote areas,
transportation to a medical facility
it may take several hours.

The medical center is located at the finish line.

🌧️ In case of emergency situations or deterioration of weather conditions
the organizers have the right to change the race distance.
Entry fees are not refundable.

18. Environmental protection

🌿 Participants are obliged to respect nature
and completely eliminate littering of the route.

Violation of these rules entails disqualification.

It is allowed to throw away skins from gels
only in specially designated places — at food outlets.

19. Awarding of participants

🏆 Winners are determined upon arrival at the finish line (gun time).

Awarded:
- participants who took 1-3 places in the absolute championship in the competitions provided for the selected distance;
- победители возрастных категорий на дистанциях, где предусмотрены возрастные зачёты.

Вычет призёров абсолюта из возрастных наград

На всех дистанциях и во всех зачётах «Царь Грейдер 2027», где предусмотрено награждение абсолюта и возрастных категорий, действует единое правило: participants, занявшие 1–3 места в соответствующем абсолютном первенстве, исключаются из распределения наград в возрастных категориях.

Сначала определяются призёры абсолюта отдельно среди мужчин и женщин на каждой дистанции. Затем возрастные награды распределяются среди остальных участников того же пола и той же дистанции в порядке их финишного результата: следующие участники поднимаются на освободившиеся призовые места.

Participant получает награду либо в абсолютном, либо в возрастном зачёте. Вычет применяется при распределении возрастных наград; финишный результат и место участника в абсолютном протоколе сохраняются. Призёр абсолюта одной дистанции или одного пола не влияет на распределение наград в других зачётах.

Награждение в категории «Подсвинок»

В категории «Подсвинок» все призовые награды в абсолютном первенстве и возрастных категориях — только медали. Денежные и вещевые призы не предусмотрены.

Призёры абсолюта исключаются из распределения возрастных наград по общему правилу выше.

Награждение в категории «Пятачок»

В категории «Пятачок» участники, занявшие 1–3 места в абсолютном первенстве отдельно среди мужчин и женщин, награждаются призовыми медалями.

Остальные участники категории «Пятачок», успешно финишировавшие на дистанции, получают медаль финишера.

Награждение по возрастным категориям в «Пятачке» не проводится. Денежные и вещевые призы не предусмотрены.

22. Change of position

✏️ This Provision may be changed by the organizers
unilaterally without prior notice to the participants
