Krutilka is a cycling studio in Veliky Novgorod for self—study and training with a trainer. Here you can do cycling, spin the indoor trainer at your own pace, or participate in virtual WattAttack races. The studio accepts both beginners and cyclists who are preparing for the season.

Cycling and Indoor TRAINER training
In group sessions, the coach leads the workout and helps to adjust the workload. The schedule includes spin classes, steady rides in zone 2, intervals, and preparation for the cycling season. The independent format is called 'self-paced': you choose the pace, and the administrator helps to adjust the riding position and connect the indoor trainer.
Coaches and cycling community
Evgeny Balakin (NovgorodTri), Kirill Ivanov and Ilya Fateev (FATRACING) work in the studio. In addition to training, there are bike race screenings, movie shows, lectures and meetings. In the Twister Cup, participants compete on the WattAttack platform; the results of the races and weekly leaderboards are available on the studio's website.
The first lesson: What you need to know
You can start without cycling experience. For the first visit, sign up for a class with a trainer via the studio bot. Take sportswear, a change of shoes, water and a towel. There is a shower in the studio. Group training usually takes 45-60 minutes; check the appropriate slot and format when recording.
