Preparing for races, triathlons, running technique from scratch, bike handling (including for beginners). Weekly group running workouts (street, indoor track) and cycling workouts.
Protégés
I trained 5 Ironman, 2 marathon runners with a result of 3 hours. I train remotely guys all over the globe - from Texas to Phuket :)
